Mentorship for Girls & Women
We are committed to strengthening confidence, leadership, and wellness literacy among girls and women. Our mentoring programs provide safe, supportive environments where participants can build healthy habits and develop resilience during critical life stages. We partner with schools, youth programs, and community organizations to deliver age-appropriate wellness education.
Empowerment Confidence Resilience Leadership Capable Positive Strength

Girls and women in Washington State—particularly those from Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color—continue to face disparities in access to culturally responsive wellness programs and supportive services. Girls growing up in low-income families and single-parent households often have fewer opportunities for leadership development, skill-building, and holistic wellness support that nurtures their long-term well-being and potential.

Our team brings decades of experience uplifting girls and women through programs that integrate health education, personal development, and leadership training rooted in culturally affirming practices. We are also mindful of the diverse identities within the communities we serve, offering support that is sensitive to gender identity and inclusive of LGBTQ+ youth who may face additional barriers to care and affirmation.

At Wellness Within Washington, our mentors reflect the communities we serve and provide guidance that supports both skill development and positive identity formation for girls and young women. We combine technical training with leadership development, wellness education, and confidence-building so participants are prepared to thrive academically, professionally, and personally, while gaining the tools to navigate systems that have historically limited opportunities for women and girls of color.
