
Youth Wellness & Leadership




Our Youth Wellness & Leadership Program is designed to nurture strong, confident, and community-minded young people. With an emphasis on health, movement, and personal growth, this program guides kids and young adults toward lifelong habits that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Through engaging activities, skill-building workshops, and culturally affirming mentorship, participants learn the value of caring for their bodies, leading with integrity, and supporting those around them. Our curriculum blends wellness education, leadership development, team-building experiences, and community service—helping youth discover their strengths and understand how their choices contribute to a healthier future for themselves and their communities.
